The foster carers REALLY didn't want them separated, so I kept them together and took them both.
So without further ado... introducing
Bert... a gorgeous little cuddle bug who has licked and rubbed on my lots already! He is now sitting on the bed.
Oscar... he is going to be a BIG boy. He is affectionate (he was already rubbing against me) but he is also a bit shy. He has been keeping to the bathroom (sitting on the sink playing in water LOL!)
and just to prove there is two, because they look the same... (I can only now tell them apart because of their eyebrows and Oscar is bigger!)
So far so good, Lexi is a bit put out, because she is a diva. Syd couldn't care less, he went and got into Elly's crate and is asleep. Here is how we are going (not too bad, they are in the same room and other than Lexi growling.) Bert is pretty gutsy LOL. No hissing or growling from Syd, or either of the boys, just from Lexi.)
Crikey, that's one helluva growl Lexi has! Brave (or foolish?) little Bert!
ReplyDeletePS 4 cats and 2 Rotties? Your animule acquisition is getting out of hand ;-) Stop it now! (think of the vet bills!!! Think of the cost of kitty litter!!!) Get a farm...

ReplyDeleteSue, I think he's brave, he isn't put off by her carry on, but he isn't silly enough to approach too close though. I promise no more!
ReplyDeleteJase, it would cost more than it would to just get an operation! We can't get coverage for Elly. The cost for pet insurance is actually huge. Even if we only had 1 major op per year, it would be cheaper to just pay for it. Besides I am pretty sure given that we should qualify for a bulk discount at the vet LOL!
